We are a grass-roots coalition representing the interests of self-advocates with disabilities and their families who want to create a self-directed, strength-based life in their home community. Through education and outreach, we will build a strong, unified voice to advocate for these interests.
Our Impact
We believe that individuals with disabilities should be able to have a choice about where and how they live, and an equitable investment should be made in their choices.
We are actively working to change the long-term services and support for individuals with disabilities in Illinois while aligning with national best practices in community-based supported living.
